As a charity, we rely on goodwill and donations to help those we support to thrive. Please give what you can.
When a disabled young person turns 18, they face a daunting shift to adult support services that can fall short of meeting their needs.
That is where Teens+ comes in.
We empower young people with complex communication needs, including autism and learning disabilities, to transition confidently into adulthood.

A pathway for potential
Through tailored education, therapeutic support, and life skills, we help students and their families prepare for post-school education, work, or independent living for as long as we’re needed, making life’s next chapter a little easier to navigate.
