We’re thrilled to share a fabulous update from the Fisherrow Next Steps Hub!
Two of our trainees have recently taken an exciting step forward in their personal and professional development by beginning volunteer roles at the Atrium Cafe, located inside the Fisherrow Community Centre.
Each week, they dedicate two hours of their time to support the cafe team, getting hands-on experience with a variety of tasks from taking orders and preparing meals to serving customers and keeping the space clean and welcoming.
These opportunities not only help them build confidence and practical skills but also strengthen their connection to the community. We’re incredibly proud of their enthusiasm, commitment, and the positive energy they bring to the cafe each week.
