BACK TO THE 80s! It’s time to rewind at our Throwback Retro Disco!

Get ready to step back in time and light up the dancefloor with classic 80s beats! Our late-night Next Steps disco is turning back the clock for a night of pure retro fun – pop anthems, funky dance moves, and that unforgettable retro fun!

Expect good tunes, great company, and a whole lot of feel-good fun as we celebrate the magic of the decade that gave us leg warmers, mixtapes, and moonwalking.

Dress code: Retro glam or smart/casual – raid the attic or rock your best 80s-inspired look. Think bright colours and denim, or just come comfy and ready to groove!

This inclusive and welcoming event is open to individuals aged 17+ with additional support needs and welcomes young people from across Edinburgh and the Lothians. You don’t have to be a Teens+ student to join the fun.

This social event is designed to help young people develop independence, boost their social confidence, and form meaningful friendships. Family members are welcome to attend, but we encourage space for peer-to-peer connection where possible. Our staff will be present to support the event; however, please note that 1-2-1 support will not be provided.
