Caitlin Nightingale
Caitlin heads up our Next Steps programme helping young people to engage meaningfully in society and growing our network of opportunities and partners.
She joined Teens+ in 2021 as an Education Supervisor at Ravenscroft and loves everything about the service. In early 2023 Caitlin launched Next Steps and is incredibly proud of the success stories so far, and she cannot wait to support more young people through Next Steps.
In 2024, Caitlin was Awarded Young Person of the Year for her work with Next Steps. Read more.
